Enter your Web ID to log in to your account. Your Web ID is the 8 digit alphanumeric code that is printed by your name and address on the polythene that your subscription copy is sent in. It can also be found on any renewal letters you receive.

If you can't find your Web ID then please call 0844 249 0478 or +44 (0)1795 414951 if dialling from overseas. Lines are open from 8am to 8pm (GMT) Monday to Friday and 9am - 1pm Saturday. Alternatively you can email your request to jamiemagazine@servicehelpline.co.uk remembering to clearly state your name and address.

In the coming months we will be changing the way you login and your email address and web id will be required to manage your subscription.
