Enter your Web ID to log in to your account. Your Web ID is the 8 digit alphanumeric code that is printed by your name and address on the polythene that your subscription copy is sent in. It can also be found on any renewal letters you receive.

If you can't find your Web ID then please call: +61 (outside AUS) 1300 716 426. Alternatively you can email your request to customercare@mymagazinesubscription.com.au remembering to clearly state your name and address.

In the coming months we will be changing the way you login and your email address and web id will be required to manage your subscription.

If we don't already have an email address for you please provide this by logging in with your web id and we will update your account accordingly.
